PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Wellt 200 is a processing additive for most rubber compounds. It shows outstanding performance as a dispersing aid for most fillers used in rubber compounding. In injection and transfer molding Wellt 200 leads to faster mold filling due to its internal lubrication. An improved mould release can also be observed. Wellt 200 also works very well as an internal release agent which prevents sticking of compounds to mill rolls, calendering bowls and internal mixer rotors. Wellt 200 does not adversely interfere with most curing systems. Due to its low dosage level there is little or no effect on physical properties of the finished goods.
